I had a super positive experience here, it was back in September 19 but I wanted to comment. I came in right around closing time, there was a young guy there who had recently got out of the navy I think.nnhe helped me figure out why my phone kept on crashing (I was stupidly using the phone storage over the SD card for most applications). I had been in to other stores about 10 times for this but nobody else had explained this to me.nnhe also recommended an affordable alternative phone that I've had over a year now and working great.nnThe manager was also in (I think) and he was helping this elderly woman who kept on coming back into the store after it closed. She was clearly not well off and was confused about what phone options she could afford. He gave her good advice and ultimately helped steer her to where she could get an affordable phone service for her, he managed to get her a refund on the phone she had purchased and she left to get a different phone. I would hope somebody would treat my mother the way she was treated.nnThese two young guys didn't have to take the time to do the great jobs they did after the store closed. Hats off to them, I look forward to going back here.
Couple of minutes ago just tried to call customer service... Willing to purchase Samsung S10... To dude almost hang up in the middle of sentence... Not nice... One of those customer representatives...
