Went to this store to get new service with AT&T. They were AMAZING! Raheem and Dulce were professional, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. Excellent customer service! I am extremely pleased and happy I switched to AT&T. I also saw how they welcomed and treated other customers that came in. They were polite and very helpful to every single person. I would recommend this store to anyone!

The staff WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE and PATIENT with explaining the plans and values. I have been a customer for over 20 years and it is the first time in 10 years that I felt that I could make an informed decision without the help of my daughter. Great team at the 27th ave store! Thank you!

Went to the at&t store to upgrade my new phone. DULCE....was awesome. .Took the time to get me all set up and the accessories I needed. .Highly recommend going to see them

I have visited this store before and would have given 5 stars each time, but yesterday I visited the store and had the worst service ever, in any store. The att employee told me to recharge my son’s gophone the only plan he has was $50, which was too high, but I had no choice. He then charged me $55 and change. After he handed me my card back, he realized that he also needs to charge me to activate the phone, another $15. I got frustrated and asked why he didn’t mention the correct amount from the beginning, I would have went a different route than spending $75 on my son’s phone. The second amount actually came to $21 and change. The whole time he was “helping” me, the employee kept looking at his private phone. After I mentioned how irritated I was with his unprofessional behavior, he ignored me, told me the phone was ready and as soon as I left the store, he locked it up and left in someone’s car. It was the middle of the day btw. My phone did not work and I had to call att customer service to fix it all, including getting me on a cheaper plan. Avoiding this store next time for sure!
