We experienced a slight problem with a mattress purchased at Mattress Firm in January. I went into the store and was greeted with the same efficiency and warmth as when we purchased the mattress. I told the representative about the problem and he immediately instituted a replacement process promising delivery of a new mattress in 2-3 weeks.nAll this took less than 5 minutes.
Quick and easy. I called ahead of time and Mike was great! Quick and painless while in the store and cannot wait to get our new bed in!
We bought our Stearns and Foster mattress from Kathy. She was very knowledgeable on each bed and brand pros and cons. After she learned what we were looking for in firmness, she guided us to the perfect mattress. She was not pushy, but extremely helpful!
