My daughter and I came into your store on 2-18-21 at about 11 o clock, 2 people sitting on a couch when we entered did not speak one word to us. Wasnt sure if they worked there or not we looked around about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment what so ever when we left the man was behind the counter and just watched us walk out the door. We saw several items we liked, but customers service goes a long way. We went to another store and purchased our items.
My husband and I found what we were looking for and it was delivered and set up the same day ! Excellent customer service and great prices !
If you need cheap furniture, this is the place. The owners are super nice, and willing to beat any lower price you find elsewhere. Selection is a bit limited, but they do have catalogs to order from. I've bought 2 sofas from here and would shop here again.
I purchased a leather love seat and sofa recliner set and just over the year mark, one of the recliner legs sags. I was told it's not warrantied. On the same recliner the electrical buttons are intermittent. This genuine leather catnapper was pricey and feel like this one piece has many problems. If it's not warrantied, how about the name of an inexpensive repair person who makes house calls to fix it??
My wife and I bought a new king mattress set Saturday and the experience with Steve and Phil was great. We love the bed and will shop there again.nnKen and Teresa
