Had some issues with the protection plan on a couch we purchased from this store. Bob went above and beyond to make it right for me. Chad was a huge help as well. Very impressed! Will definitely be back.

Bob was very helpful and informative with questions I had regarding a pavilion. He took the time to explain to me about the assembly and went out of his way to get me a catalog so I could show my wife a picture of it. Store is also always clean. I forgot the name of the cashier that rang me up but he was also very friendly. The store was also very clean. Keep up the good work!

This location just needs to go ahead and shut down. They are extremely overpriced and limited on normal stock. The organization IS NOT on par to other locations or other chain stores. You have to search the store to find things it says are in stock online. They have sale/clearance shelves stacked with multiples of items that are NOT on sale. Some seasonal stock takes over a week to go on sale that us discount the next day at competitors. THEN CHECKOUT OMGGGGG!! The setup is terrible, if you are at ANY register you will always have to move yourself or your basket for others to get by and there's no real counter space to put your items up there. All that beading said the employees were kind and helpful and they keep the store as clean as a building that looks neglected for 15plus years can look. Flooring, lighting and shelves have clearly not been updated for quite some time. THE ONLY reason I visit this location is when it has something I need in stock that the others don't. 4 STARS for employees!!!!

Great place to go to find a deal on select items. Other items seem overpriced for the type of store it is. We always find a few great deals though.
