Awesome delivery team! Very professional and helpful. They go above and beyond. I’ve had 4 separate purchases and deliveries thus far and each one was awesome.The sales team, customer service, Managers, and General Manager are very professional and aim to please. I highly recommend!

Our family has ordered multiple pieces from American signature and they are typically great to work with and we like their furniture, however it has been downright impossible for us to get our stuff for the past two years. In these unprecedented times delays are understandable and even expected but as paying customers we have now had experiences that cannot be overlooked. This review is specific to their delivery and manufacturing department and the individuals in the store who handle those communications and do not take the care to listen to the customers or review orders with detail. We know individuals in the store who are outstanding people and hope this in no way reflects on them. On that note, we have been told on two separate occasions since last year that our items that we ordered would be delivered just to later be informed that one of the pieces was delayed, then completely discontinued, and most recently, a piece of a sectional delayed and now miraculously back in manufacturing. This first happened to us around September of 2020. When we were told a piece was delayed we were offered the pieces that were available to be delivered. Not sure what a partial sectional would do for anyone who is replacing a sofa, but it’s a good thing we declined because the piece we were waiting on ended up being discontinued and never came in. This year we decided to try again and ordered a piece that we knewnWould not discontinue. We ordered knowing it would be a long wait and we waited the three months with no complaints; it’s when the deliver date came due that is when the issues started popping us.nI was contacted three times this week regarding the delivery that is now apparently still in manufacturing. First, I got a call Monday and it was set to arrive Wednesday. Next, I got a call saying it was delayed but would be delivery this Saturday, and now there is no set delivery date available because the pieces arrived with no middle. Further, we spoke with a woman named Adele who refused to let me or my husband speak to a manager regarding this ongoing situation. We both tried to explain how this has happened to us previously and she was very rude and refused to transfer either of us. When I asked she was just silent each time and just kept asking if I wanted the two pieces that they had delivered or not. Had she attempted to resolve the issue, been knowledgeable about what was going on, or allowed me to talked to someone who could have resolved the issue, it is possible those efforts could have prevented a negative review. Even so, and despite having multiple furniture items in our home, we would not recommend anyone to come here due to the fact that we have been unable to receive our furniture two times consecutively.

Dale is an AWESOME salesman. He's professional, courteous & very knowledgeable of the store products.nThe gentlemen who delivered our furniture were very kind, professional & efficient. They were very conscious of other items in my home. They quickly put the pieces together and staged the room so that I wouldn't have anything to do after they left.nThank you for service with a smile and respect for the home of me and my family.

Despite missing 2 pieces from my delivery, these young men were very professional and courteous. They called several times to let me know what was going on and very mannerable over the phone. Even when the delivery couldn't happen when they planned, they notified their manager to let him know what happened. Received a phone call from the manager and he made sure the 2 pieces were delivered. I have nothing but respect for any business that holds their staff to a high standard and has amazing customer service. I plan to purchase more things in the future.
