Financed $900 with an in house finance company, They said we had 90 days to pay it off. Paid February and March, leaving one payment to pay off the remaining balance. Went in to pay, and they said we past the 90 days and have to pay 35% interest. Without telling us anything at the beginning, and totally taking advantage of low income families. It doubled our total amount financed. WTH RTGO?

Excellent costumer service! Since I step into the store, a lady called Cynthia was greeting me and my husband, with a smile on her face, with positivity and great attitude. She walk us throughout all our options avaliable at the time, she even help us decide for our best convince. Yes! Thanks to her, I bought various items I needed. In general, the information given by Cynthia, was priceless, she is a professional. Ask for her, and experience an excellent costumer service.nnThe store items are good and of quality. Remember, this store is an outlet meaning that you take the merchandise as is on the store.

I am disgusted! I paid cash close to $2,000 for furniture here. I explained to the woman about my personal situation and why I am getting this furniture for myself and my kids. I have them deliver it while I was working from home and paid no attention to what was going on as I could not leave my desk. When the gentleman leave they had means signed their phone saying it was just a signature stating that they had dropped off my items. when I clocked out at 5:00 p.m. I came into the kitchen and saw that the table I had purchased literally had a HUGE chunk out of it and every single piece of furniture that I purchased now has these white scratches all across them. it is clearly from the movers and I am absolutely appalled that they would have the audacity to bring this furniture into my home knowing that they damaged it to the point where it is not presentableit is clearly from the movers and I am absolutely appalled that they would have the audacity to bring this furniture into my home knowing that they damaged it to the point where it is not presentable whatsoever. not to mention now that I have tried to call there is no way to leave a voicemail for a manager to call me back because they are only open from Friday to Monday.

The worst experience I've ever had. I will never buy from them again, I have already cut the card from Rooms to go although I bought all the furniture in the house from Rooms to go!nI bought a night stand and a chest to complete my doughter bed room set what I got from Rooms to go too, and when the store employee wanted to put the night stand in my car, he damaged my car even though I told him not to push it inside because it didn't fit on the car door. After I called the manager, I took pictures in his presence, I made a complaint after his advice, Mrs. Georgette Groves, who seems to make the rules in the company, tells me that I do not receive any compensation, not even for the repair of my car that according the evaluation made by the VW dealer is over $2000, but she offer me a gift card worth $200 !!! She says that I signed the terms and conditions of purchase of the store which is not true, I signed the bill for down payment $100 that I made, on the back of their bill they put the terms and conditions that are written in almost invisible light blue ink and with the smallest possible letters that you can't read without a magnifying glass, and she showed me a customer pickup order with a fake signature to prove to me that I am at fault for what happened.nWhen I went back to the store manager to complain that I had not received any compensation for my inconvenience he said that he would try to refer my case to another person but the same dear Mrs. Gina sent me an e-mail informing me that there is no other person to refer to and I will not receive any compensation.nTHANK YOU MRS. GLOVES FOR BEING SO KIND AND HELPFUL TO CUSTOMERS !!!!nIt's a shame for a big company that respects itself to treat its customers this way
