I had scheduled an appointment with Christina at 1pm this past Saturday July 25th. She had told me earlier in the week that they were doing appointments only, so I scheduled and confirmed with her the time. She even said she would reach out about an hour before the appointment which did not happen. I drove to the store and when I got to the door it was locked. I thought maybe she was running a little late. So I waited until 1:15pm before I called the number listed on the door and left a message. I then messaged her on offer up to let her know I was there. I did not get a call back or a message from her that day- and have yet to have any type of response. This is not how you treat a customer- it’s unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate of someone’s time.

I cant even begin to describe how wonderful the customer service and communication was!!! Mrs Christina was sooo awesome she went over and beyond and answered all my questions before my purchase!!! The items I purchased pictures will not do any justice!!! They are absolutely beautiful everything was delivered on time and set up!! I highly recommend this store she has some beautiful pieces and if its not in the store she will definitely get it for you!!!
I've been shopping with Christina since moving to Jacksonville in December and everything has been nothing but harmless and a great experience. I've purchased 3 separate sets of furniture for good prices that came directly to my front door when working with her and the catalog they offer. Hands down I recommend her for any furniture needs around town.
