Looking for mattresses. Met a salesman name Deva. He was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions in a knowledgeable manner but did not try to pressure me into anything. He was very helpful and should be commended for his professionalism

Thus far this rooms to go experience has been horrible!! I already knew which item I wanted from the store, purchased and paid in cash! Then on the day of delivery during my schedule four hour time block, I received a call saying the driver had an emergency. Which I understand that but they didn’t have a back up driver or offer any other help other than we will have to reschedule! So I rescheduled and first available time frame was a week past my original delivery date. So fast forward to delivery day, received my deliver and the boxes were ragged and had been re-taped, the only box in good condition was the one will the dresser in it. I begin to put together the crib and low and behold the hardware wasn’t in the box, I have been on hold with customer service through out this entire process no kidding 8 plus hours! ROOMS TO GO WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING ANY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY! Will update once I speak to the store manager tomorrow!

Wearing a mask is required at Rooms To Go. If you do not come in with a mask on the staff will rudely and forcible demand you put one on. There no mask mandate in the state of Florida. Went to Ashley Home Store. The staff is very professional at Ashley Home Store and Masks are optional. Bought furniture at Ashley Home Store instead.

Jerry was very knowledgeable and extremely patient as we spent time finding the right furniture for my mother in law. Definitely recommend seeking him out should you decide to buy furniture.

I went in for my first time at rooms to go and I was met at the front door by Jerry. He helped me and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to rooms to go to shop more.
