No problems with this particular Home Depot staff has always helped me find what I am looking for here.
Their customer service is always phenomenal. They are helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place over a few others. Their paint options are awesome and this is definitely the place to go if you want great customer service
When I would go in the store and I needed help I would find someone and they would point to where my item was but then I went in one day and an employee named Terrance came up to me and asked if I needed help. He TOOK me to the isle where my item was and gave me instructions how to put together and other items I might need. He was very very helpful. He was always smiling and very helpful. I was going to quit going to home Depot at one time it just seemed like the male employees would help the men that irritated me until Terrance came along. I am in the store almost everyday. He would always ask if I needed help and was very kind. I would like you to let him know he's made me a home depot fan. But he just made my day after having a bad one. He noticed I was looking up and down isles and was lost but I just wanted to give Terrance a shout out for helping me me he's the best
This location is great. Always great service and during the pandemic it's been worth a drive out of my way since this store isn't super super busy like Lane Ave or the one in Oak Leaf.
