We just love our new floors and can't speak highly enough of Eric Belangia of Fantastic Floors. Here's the scoop; we were in the market to basically replace all the carpeting in four bedrooms, along with replacing the original carpet in our dining room/great room with hardwood. After looking at several local providers, we decided to work with Eric and have absolutely no regrets. Right down to picking samples and matching existing decor, Eric was right there for us. Carpet and hardwood installations were scheduled for different weeks and Eric handled everything. The carpeting was installed by a gentleman named Fernando and his assistant (we never did get his name) and the hardwood was installed by William and Austin. Both these teams were just so darn professional. These guys came prepared to work and boy, did they. If you expect them to take breaks and wander, forget it; these guys work tirelessly from the moment they got here (8am) until they left (3:30pm). Both the hardwood and carpet installation is impeccable. Highly recommended! We have a fair amount of furniture; four bedrooms, a large sectional sofa, a recliner, a full dining room set and several miscellaneous items. Not an issue with any of these guys; they took great care moving everything. This entire project took several days, and everything was picked up and cleaned every afternoon before they left. I want to mention that we took advantage of having truly empty rooms to rearrange things. No problem here, both teams just asked 'where do you want it'? They even re-configured our sectional sofa! We wish we did this two years ago. Awesome service! Eric was with us every step of the way; even stopping by to check on the progress at different times. One other big note: After the fact, once everything was completed, we wanted to 'swap' two pieces of the sectional. I just happened to mention it to Eric and guess what, both he and William (hardwood team) stopped by to assist. We are both very happy with the total Fantastic Floor experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Fantastic Floors from beginning to the end. Heath Whiddon was courteous and professional. He assisted me in finding flooring to blend with my existing wood throughout the house. He listened to my request and found the perfect solution. My husband and I met Justin Anderson over a year ago to set up flooring and carpeting. However, we chose to take a train trip instead of starting a major project. At the end of 2020, we decided we were ready to have carpet and flooring installed. I was hoping that Justin was still at Fantastic Floors, and he was! We met with him and with his help, we selected a beautiful carpet and a laminate flooring for our kitchen area and foyer. The people who installed the flooring did such a wonderful job, and it is just what we wanted. The carpet installers were also very professional and made our house look brand new. Justin, thoughout the entire project, continued to communicate with us on every step of the process. He absolutely deserves to be recognized for his dedication to customers.Our overall experience was excellent! We definitely would highly recommend Fantastic Floors.
