Publix Super Market at Intracoastal Plaza

Publix is a GREAT place to shop and I go there almost every day for 30 years. I really enjoy shopping there very much because of the people that work there. I go to the one at Beach Blvd. and San Pablo Rd. However, I get stressed when I go to their Pharmacy because the people there are the worst I have ever worked with such very unfriendly people. I dread it when the doctor sends a prescription to them and tells me to start taking it right away because I know it will be a long, long time before they will fill the prescription. As a matter of fact, I always ask my doctor what I can do in the mean time because I know it will be a big delay and I want to wait till the next day to pick it up because of that. The pharmacist acts like they are doing you a favor filling it in the first place. They do their best to ignore customer and make them wait even when no one else is there in line. They still make the customer's wait. They are barely polite, they are very, very slow and do their best to never make eye contact with you unless you are sanding right in front of them. Once your prescription is ready and you pick it up, they cannot get rid or you fast enough. You feel like you left Publix and went to a different store. You may ask why my family stay with them, it is simple...because the other 90% of Publix and the other employees are great, helpful and friendly and cannot do enough for their customers and also, it is convenient since I am there almost every day.

Staff @ Publix are great. They do their best to help custoners.Staff are always friendly. Publix is keeping shelves as full as manufacturers ship products. Thanks Publix..great job!

Publix is known for it's cleanliness, the friendly employees, and great service. Publix also has a great variety of products, and produce. I always enjoy shopping at Publix stores.

I regularly shop at this Publix. But I've noticed too many customers not wearing face coverings! When I bring this to the attention of the Customer Service desk, they tell me this policy is not enforceable. Not what I expect as an answer.
