Long time JAX resident and eaten here many times with good results. I saw Adis Ibranovic's review and had to go back again and test. I rarely review after only 1 visit but been here many times. The food is fair but correct, and the service was decent. It is Panera, same as it is at all the others with nothing really to stand out. Decent.
Always good food. Great service and friendly folks.
I waited over 25 minutes to get my food curbside that I ordered online when I went inside to find out what was going on the food was just sitting there and there were several employees socializing. When I inquired if that was my food they said it was and told me to take my bags. Never once did they apologize nor did they attempt to make sure that the food that I ordered that was hot was still hot and Ready to eat. Of course it was not when I opened up the bag. Nobody wants to eat cold food and wait almost a half hour for a curbside order and people be rude to you about it when you try to explain
Croutons were stale and silverware was given to us dirty. Will not be visiting again. If you love Panera find a different location to go to.
Steak sandwich was wonderful, with chips and blood orange lemonade, nothing beats it.
