Sunglass Hut at Macy's

Visited this place 3 times in the past month to make sure I was buying the correct sunglasses. In every visit the sales associates were fantastic at explaining the different brands, and types of glasses. However, the sunglasses are a bit price, but they do provide good quality, great protection, and outstanding style. If you have the tendency of losing your sunglasses a lot, this place might not be a good fit your you.

I don't really know how I feel about this store. The product is great but the staff is less than friendly. I waited for service while they helped another customer in front of me. When they finished helping that customer, she just went back around the desk and sat down looking at her phone. I waited patiently thinking maybe she was just busy finishing up the last transaction as she had already seen me waiting behind the other customer. After a while she looked up and said do you have a question? I said no I need customer service. Once she got up and helped me she had great customer service and did help me out. But she should have acknowledged me way before that.

Great sunglasses prices you have to wait till they go on sale because if you want a name brand like Burberry or Gucci you don’t get the original boxes you get from the big stores and they are about the same price if you go here or the name brand stores

There's a better sunglass hut about a 100 feet out the mall entrance

Glasses are overpriced but it's a not a bad little spot with plenty of selection in a small pop up shop. It's a great selection for those who don't want to buy online and actually see and test the glasses.
