This store was consistently the best regarding customer service and consistent quality of coffee & other products from '14-'18 with the same employee base, however the location brought in a new manager and she literally turned over all the quality employees and the location has become the worst throughout Mandarin!!! The drive through is constantly backlogged and orders are erroneous

I went in there was nobody in the building but employees and two people sitting waiting on food I can assume. I waited at register for a good amount of time with not one of the 5-7 Employees i seen in the building even greeting me at the register as I stood there waiting. So I walked to other end and asked do I order here and was directed back to register... I waited more......finally after another few minutes I was told someone would be with me after another girl that had initially walked away from me without saying anything told someone else to get me and again was told to wait........now I was getting frustrated and just decided to leave as I could not believe I wasted my time waiting so long. Then as I was leaving through the front door it was locked and I think I sprained my wrist trying to push open locked door.

Awesome! the cashier by the name Chelsie was very knowledgeable about the products and she recommended a very good tasting ice coffee I'd never had before, but from now on that's gonna be my choice. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Love all the various drinks you can get here and they will customize them for you. I go through their drive thru for breakfast a lot. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good. The snackin bacon is yummy. I downloaded their app and I often get a discount or free drink!
