Excellent pretzel bites at orange park mall location. Have been getting them first thing once they are made and their great. A bit expensive but kinda addicted to them now.

Doesn’t give me the option to say which stand inside the mall. But Caucasian Make w a Man bun he was not only rude to a customer infront of us but very unwelcoming and unprofessional! Wether a customer is online or waiting for a pickup order, you should get the same respect as anyone else would bring that the $ spent is the same in person or online. As a company you have to realize online orders are just as critical if not more than a standard order. I love this place so I will be back but I’ll take the extra walk to go to the other stand as long as he’s working there. Very not ok!nnAlso the place was clean as usual ud83dude42

Terrible customer service. Didn’t offer the app or any drinks or dips. The Manager seemed to have a Nasty attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this kiosk.

The pretzels are AWESOME! Sometimes, you may end up getting a pretzel that is a bit older, but the employees always have a timestamp for each pretzel, and they always toss them after the shelf life expires. Try the pizza nuggets!

i was in the mall shopping on wednesday february 20th @11:38 am & i was walking by the auntie anne’s by chick fa la and i seen a short white girl with glasses there making the pretzels and i made up my mind to come back and get a pretzel . so i went back 2 minutes later and nobody was there to take my order . all i wanted was a pretzel before i left out the food court to go home . so i had to walk all the way to the auntie anne’s next to dillard’s and i got great service and got my pretzel with cheese sauce and i was asked if i have the mobile app which i did but i forgot so i said no but anyways , i suggest y’all go to the auntie anne’s by dillard’s and not the auntie anne’s by chick fa la , becasue there is GREAT service there at the one by dillard’s and really bad service by the chick fa la. i have photos of the empty auntie anne’s by chick fa la . just HORRIBLE SERVICE.
