Very poor customer service. Went to buy all the pieces that I had previously selected from their showroom and the person at the front desk told that I needed to leave the store since I didn’t had an appointment in a very rude way. Sorry to tell you that you just missed a $22,000 sale. This would had payed for the whole year salary of the lady that told me to leave your store. There are nicer ways of saying things. Bye bye Wool. You are not the only bathroom and plumbing supply company in town.
The place is nice and the staff are excellent
Branch manager named Mike, would not sell me lousy 47 dollars worth of pvc pipe because i work for a competitor. When i asked why they wouldn't sell me material the manager became very pretentious, condescending and would not answer my question.
