This is a well run family business that you definitely want to work with. From the first point of contact to final delivery, everything was flawless! We had such a wonderful experience. We received a gift certificate and Diana could not have been more helpful. Because of COVID, we didn’t go into the office in person but I can imagine it would be a great experience. Our umbrella turned out lovely and was ready exactly when they told us. Communication was always friendly, professional, helpful and prompt. I can’t say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them!

2nd time using this business to powdercoat and restrap my very old style patio set. 1st time was great so we went back. This time we had an unusual request, make our Florida patio set fit into the woodlands of North Carolina. The material is great, workmanship is masterful and the assist with colors and materials was painless. When you opening your shop in NC! ud83dude09 Thanks for your hard work and great results. This company picked up 6 chairs before Thanksgiving to be refinished. They were absolutely promised to be back before Christmas. It is now 4 days before Christmas and I’m planning family gatherings on the patio because of Covid.I’m now told they won’t be ready until some time in late January. I have no idea about the quality of their work., but I do not like being lied to by a company and told that ‘I must have misunderstood the salesman.’ There was no misunderstanding. We had a long discussion and he knew and promised that I would have them before Christmas.

Wonderful experience with them! Our furniture looks like new!!!! They could not have been nicer!! Important in these days, the young man who came to our backyard wore a mask both times. It is, in most instances, much easier to reach them by email than by phone.
