I didn't know what they were calling me about but that kid that I talked to was real patient with me to set up an appointment. I thought companies did there own deliveries and he told me that RL carriers does deliveries for other companies. I appreciate the young folk that are real patient with the older generation. Mathew was real good to me on the phone. I got my safe on time with no dents or anything. I would go with this company again. Thanks for some good service.
I had a really incredible experience with this company! They have a very nice young gentleman making delivery appointments and he was very helpful, I think he said his name was Mike or Matt or something. My package arrived on time and the driver was awesome as well. I wish I could give this company 10 stars!!
Customer Service is great. My delivery was promised for a time window and they could not make it. I called in and spoke to them and they promised to deliver the same day, they rerouted a smaller vehicle to get my shipment delivered to me same day a few hours later. They made it happen. Great Service!!!
