As always, I have nothing but good experiences when I stop by the store. Bill, the manager , is always helpful, and willing to lend a hand if needed. If all of the Life Storage businesses were this good, you wouldn't need any others. Keep up the good work ud83dudc4d.

Found this storage unit solely based on reviews. Great location, fantastic staff, and clean facility. Will definitely use this facility in the future. We used them for 6 months. Bill is the store manager and is wonderful. Cannot say enough good things.

I just want to thank Bill at Life Storage, 801 US #! in Cocoa, Fl for all he does for us at Life Storage. Bill is one of the kindest & most consideratenman I know. The property is clean & I always see him making his rounds around the property making sure everything is alright. He always smiles and makes sure you are alright too. He is never to busy to say hello as henpasses by on the golf cart doing his rounds.nI know he cares about the customers who rent there at Life Storage. This makes you feel he really cares about his customers.nThank you Bill for making Life Storage a great place to rent a storage from.nSandy Noble

I had a climate controlled unit. After almost a year I went to clean it out only to find live and dead roaches, RAT droppings and pictures eaten. I took out what I could and refused to touch the rest. I told them I was leaving and instead they put a lock on it and are continuing to charge me. The manager has called and left threatening messages. I paid on time for almost a year! Unacceptable treatment. Would not recommend
