Our first visit to your store today to purchase furniture for our new home and everything was good until I encountered the really pretentious and pompous sales lady?? Owner?? Who the hell knows who she is?n(tall thin black/brown hair evil) who stared stone faced intently and rudely at me without speaking while walking towards the front of the store and to the reception area. I was waiting for my salesperson to return to the entrance not looking for a facial beat down from you.nIf looks could kill.nHow bizarre.nExtremely BIZARRE!nYou made me feel so uncomfortable that I won’t be back to make a purchase.nSales person was great but this lady blew it.
Beautiful place, so full of great furniture. Our visit was very positive. We purchased a great reclining lift chair. Ended up with a cup of coffee & winning a gift card because they were having an event. Lovely people.
Nice furniture. But I was expecting to see the items that are on their website in their store. When I commented that I wanted to see a couple items (hands on) the sales rep got very defensive and told me to order what I wanted. When it comes to furniture, I want to see it and feel it.
Moved here in December 2018. Needed to replace Living Room storage/TV console, end and coffee tables and lamps. Every part of the process went smoothly. Also wanted to find a Dining Room buffet to match our table and chairs. They worked very hard to find a match. It looks like it was made as part of a set. A perfect match. Highly recommend.
My family has purchased several items over the years from Indian River Furniture and have had a great experience with them. Selection is quite varied and sales staff are friendly but not overbearing. We have also participated in a few of their sales and were able to purchase some really nice pieces at a great price.
