Staff is always kind and helpful. Quality of the furniture is excellent. Basically my whole house is furnished through Badcock Home Furniture. The best part is the financing. For me it's not worth going to any other store. Highly recommend shopping at Badcock Home Furniture. I refer people there every chance I get.

The customer service is terrible the second you walk in the door. You aren't greeted kindly until after you make a purchase. They do no update when your shipment has been delayed and they claimed that they don't get notice of the delay. However when you call in they then notify you of your shipment is delay. If im spending a lot of money on furniture at a store I would expect proper notification of the product.

Do not waste your hard earned money purchasing furniture from this organization. We purchased a dinette set not even 10 months ago and had the top wood finish crack and raise in a small area so we took the table back to get inspected and repaired under warranty. The repair they performed on the table was essentially pressing the wood area back flat, leaving the crack in the surface and told us that the best they can do. I contacted the store manager and he was both arrogant and rude and told us “we” have a “manufacturers” warranty on it and that’s all they can do and they will not replace the table top. Then he proceeded to accuse us of setting something hot on the table and also said “there are other scratches on the table anyway” which apparently is suppose to make us feel like “it’s used, it’s fine”. To further show you the respect they have he referred to me as “boss” throughout the entire conversation instead of by my actual name. This company does not honor its product or its warranty so think carefully before you spend your money with them....lord forbid you have an issue after the fact and have the deal with what we have dealt with. I’m in the process of filing a claim to the BBB and the Attorney Generals office so there can be a public record of this so maybe other people won’t be taken advantage by them.nnUpdate- just went to pick the table up and not only did they not fix the area I took it in for, they also damaged the edge of the table while it was there. They offered me $40 for the damage...that’s all they can offer take it or leave it...I didn’t accept it...pretty sure no one would. If you would like this awesome experience, just buy some of their furniture!!!

My family and I walked in today around 3:30ish to purchase all new living room furniture. No one spoke to us. Not one person. We saw 2 or 3 employees standing at a desk and sitting on some furniture, and another one who came in and out of the back room a few times. We were in the store for at least 20 minutes looking at all the sofas and love seats, maybe a little longer. And no one even said hello. There were a few other customers in and out during that time, and we didnt see any employees speak to them either. None of the employees even smiled at us when we looked at them several times. They looked kind of annoyed that we were there actually. Eventually we decided to leave and buy our furniture somewhere else, or order it on the website. I see some other reviews saying people got good service. Maybe the service is good if you are lucky and an employee actually speaks to you? I'll never know.

Senica was an excellent sales representative. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. She was very helpful and took the time to work with me and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was also happy to answer all my questions about the product and the financial side of things. I will definitely want to deal with her and Badcock again for my furniture needs.
