do not call there expecting to speak with the man and woman who were there during the hurricane,, they are no longer there,, shame they were great and very helpful, not like the person who answers the phone now,, WOW
I have had a friend who has a shed at Martian Luther King Panama city fla location for over 20 years never missed a payment has bank records to prove it has many times tried to pay in person nobody was there so they used the phone service to try to pay they were told payment went through May _ June 2020 yet they are now told they didn't pay and now are 1 month overdue .so what happens if another month goes by .are they now stuck in a endless black hole..and what about the countless people out of work can barely put food on the table do they loose all their valaublee..yet the fla govoner put a rent freeze on all rents
Excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a storage unit.
I got a storage unit about a year ago had no problems enjoyed having the unit until hurricane Michael came. A few months later after taking serious damage to the office they shutdown the local office and left a number to call to make payments. I called all numbers and I was directed to a call center and I spoke to reps from Ohio to Georgia and no one was able to help me it took almost 30 days to make a payment.
Great location and convenient drive-up access.
