Some Bagels Too

Sooo good

Started off by ordering, “Blueberry bagel please, what non-dairy cream cheeses options do you have?”. I then talked to the nice young woman at the drive through about it. There was only strawberry jam for non-dairy options, so I said “Okay plain then toasted”. I was given a Plain Bagel toasted, I could see how that could be mixed up, so I went back through the drive through to ask for a blueberry one. Then a old woman with white hair and literally half her body out the window started saying extremely loudly, “You ordered a plain bagel!!” I said, “No I meant to order a blueberry.” The old woman then said, “Give me the bagel!” And I proceed to hand over the old bagel and she handed me the toasted blueberry bagel. She then shouted, “You ordered plain!!”. And was talking with her hands very aggressively. I even explained that we were talking about the cream cheese options and I could see if the younger woman got mixed up. Overall extremely disappointed, they used to be great like 5 years ago when they had different staff. I went with my brother this time and I think she thought she could treat us like this since we are younger, I know she wouldn’t have done this if we had our parents with us. You would think they would treat their costumers nicely after I have spent hundred of dollars there from like 2013-2020. They will definitely NOT be getting my money from now on.

Cashier lady who took our order was extremely nice & welcoming. The lady who made our bagle sandwiches was very irritated and pretty rude, not sure if she hates her job or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She refused to make our sandwiches the way we requested, she thought that adding salt to the top of the tomatoes was absurd.... just a terrible attitude. The nice lady remained calm and friendly even know she was getting attitude from the other lady also. The nice lady deserves the full 5 stars! But had to only give 3 stars due to the grumpy lady. I will stick to the Richland location from now on out!

Great bagels and spreads, but they close at 2pm, I'm a night person so later hours would be better for me

Super delicious! Just go. You won't regret it! The breakfast bagel sandwiches are amazing!
