Hank's Fine Furniture

We looked all over, and Hank's has a great selection that is well set up, very nice staff that were not pushy. It took us 3 visit to make a decision and they were nice, professional, and informative about the material and care. I would recommend shopping there to anyone looking for new furniture.

Walked into the store, no one greeted us for awhile. Then when we were looking for someone with a tape measure, he finally asked if we needed help. He did give aid in measuring. After inquiring about another table and the possibility of purchasing different chairs to go with, he didn’t have anything to say, just shrugged and just stood there. I then asked about another table set and he looked on the computer but said that company didn’t have chair backs. He then directed me to a child’s table. ud83dude33 Before all of this I had taken a leaf out of a table to get an eye’s view because of no tape measure. While asking about chair heights he ignored me and proceeded to place the leaf back in the table, ignoring me. I was there to purchase living room, dining and bedroom furniture, ready to pay cash. However, the salesman was more interested in placing a leaf back in a table and not being helpful. I just turned and walked away, he said nothing. I found husband at other end of the store and we left. He said nothing as we were at the door to leave. I have been to Hanks in the past and always treated with total respect. This time I was at a loss for words. . . well, until I got in my vehicle and my husband heard why we left! He completely agreed. Maybe he was tired, not sure, but headed somewhere else now. I did brush my hair before I walked in, but somehow felt judged. We have 3 vacation homes in PCB, guess I just don’t have the 30A look to get more attention! Not my loss!

So I’m still here after hours and they are being so wonderful and helpful. I needed a truck to pick up my new furniture and they stayed just to ensure I left happy!! They deserve all the wonderful things that come to all of them. Thanks SCOTT and team.

My sales person Samantha was great no pressure but was there to answer any questions. They were willing to help and was very kind and considerate with all our needs and we did have special requests that I know other stores would have said no we can’t help you out. My experience was great Samantha was great and the quality of my furniture was top notch.

I ordered my furniture for the Labor Day sale in Sept 2020 and I still have not received it. It is now March 2021. I have called several times, went to the store and I keep getting excuses. I paid cash up front for the furniture. I have been told by someone who used to work at Hanks years ago, that they give the furniture to someone who comes in and need that day. I am pretty sure that my bedroom set has come in and sold several times. 6 months is ridiculous.
