Greeted immediately very professional found my account that I had been having trouble finding. Everything I wanted was ordered and set up for delivery within a week, all within 30 minute's of walking through the door.
Furniture quality Great, staff nice behavior, Great prize.
The Staffer greeted me was really nice she help me sign up for credit with you all and also help me puck out my bedroom set which should be delivered in 2 more weeks and I'm very excited to be getting it. Thanks so much for helping me.
Lack of training and management. The owner will Fire you over nothing. They promise commission starting from the first day , but do not pay it
The level of customer service here is exceptional. By far the best experience I’ve ever ever had buying a refrigerator. The girl that helped me was fineeee and made my heart skip a beat with her fluent sarcasm. If Aerial says “mean it” you can be sure she’s telling you the truth. In just a few minutes she had me foldIng my wallet out like a brand new Badcock recliner. Let me tell you, I’d run barefoot through 20 miles of broken glass just to see her swipe my card one more time. FYI for optimal service please feed her first! (Chick-fil-A is her favorite)
