Cyndi Buhler acted as our moving coordinator. She has been so kind, helpful, available, and organized. I enjoyed every phone call with her! Stephen coordinated the actual packing, loading and transport of our belongings. Not only was he friendly, punctual, and respectful, he had a really great attitude about the work he was doing and the help he was providing. Each of our teenage children commented on how much they admired Stephen's positive, optimistic attitude and demeanor. Based on our experience I would recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage to anyone needing help making a big or small move!

All the movers took care handling our property. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. I gave only 4 stars because I feel they could have had better time management skills during the first half of moving our stuff from our house to the truck. They took the longest break right after the first hour they started. They were definitely more efficient second half of moving stuff in the truck. The move from the truck to the storage unit went smoothly, they really know how to pack! In the end it got done and am truly happy with the job that was performed. Thanks to Mario and his team!

Bailey's made our move so much easier. They provided packing material and an estimator who came to our home to assess what we would need. On moving day they showed up with a whole crew and two small trucks. They loaded our stuff in less than an hour, and unloaded it the same amount of time. I was very impressed with how hard and fast they worked. I recommend Bailey's for your next move.

Baileys was awesome end-to-end for our move across the country. Chris was a fantastic resource estimating and offering excellent moving tips from years of experience. Brittney was a wonderful coordinator and great to talk to, even when I was overly stressed. You can’t help but smile after hanging up the phone. Stephen was an awesome driver and moving team lead. He was really personable and instilled confidence that our possessions were in great hands. All three of them were super responsive and easy to reach. Thank you all very much for all your help and taking the stress out of a 2000 mile move!

We loved our experience with Bailey’s. The office was very professional and communicated with us all along the way as we prepared for the move and then during the packing/moving process. The movers were awesome. I wish I could have them every time we move. They were happy and positive—even when my wife changed her mind about where things needed to go. They were on time and professional. I also enjoyed watching the team dynamic as they worked together and clearly enjoyed the team they were on. I never worried about my stuff. It was packaged carefully and handled with care every step of the way. Again, and this is the best praise I can give, I would use this exact group again without any hesitation. Awesome company. So grateful for all of their help.
