DATS was used to ship me a large item from Amazon. While some of the staff are helpful, the drivers are really quite inadequate at any sort of professional level. I asked them to call me before they delivered, as they said they were required to, but it never happened. Instead, they dropped off my expensive item in the snow. To be sure, I will be pursuing all claims and remedies available to me.
Had no problems. Easy in and out. Staff worked well with me.

**Highly Recommend** Great people working and running a fantastic company.
Showed up for a will call pickup and was impressed at how fast the forklift arrived to load my pickup truck. Entrance was a little tricky to find in the dark but not a huge issue.
