Generally makes a lot of sense for a storage center but is a little bit of a maze, having a trailer is slightly difficult but also totally doable
Been using this place for over a year and they've been great to work with. Prices are pretty reasonable.
Great staff. Great on site and over phone service. Great units, secure, pest free. Great prices, been with them for 4 years and am happy with them every step of the way!
I had to cancel my card because a dishonest business had my card misinformation, not knowing the it was the same card I gave Towne Storage. I showed up 2 weeks ago and saw an extra lick on my storage. I went in and it turned out they hadnt been able to deduct my monthly payments..obviously. It had been almost 2 1/2 months since the first no-pay so I expected to pay dome late fee. The regular fee to get current..just for storage (not insurance)..was $87.00. The late fees..just after the first 30 days was $125.00. They didn't think I could have made a mistake and work with me on the amount of the fee. I am never late paying my bills. This was a simple oversight and yet they weren't willing to help out one bit. They said they tried to contact me and I never received any communication.
You get what you pay for
Yes, it's cheaper. And they're nice when everything is working like it should. But, one simple oversight and they don't care. They just want all their money.
