Federal Express??? More like Federal PONY Express. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday Sept 29, 2020 by end of day. It never came. Delivery status went from being delivered on Monday Sept 29 to no delivery date at all and marked pending. My package got from Connecticut to Ohio in 12 hours. From Ohio to Wyoming in 11 hours. Wyoming to North Salt Lake in 6 and a half hours, and its been sitting in North Salt lake for almost 2 full days now. I drove to N Salt Lake this morning Sept 29, 2020, and they told me I couldn't pick it up because it was out in the yard in a trailer waiting to be picked up and delivery is now Wednesday Sept 30, 2020. So it got from Connecticut to North Salt Lake in 29 and a half hours, and sits in Salt Lake City for 44 hours now and is STILL THERE. Way to go. I needed this part yesterday because I had an appointment to have it installed. Thanks for nothing.

I bought a package off the internet it said it would be here in 3-7 days and it's been 14 days and it's been at the the facility for 5 days and they literally live six minutes away.

Absolutely the worst experience in the shipping business. Package arrived at North Salt Lake and sat there for over a week with no updates or any other type of communication.

I ordered a package over a month and a half ago and still have not received it. There is no phone number to just call the North Salt Lake office, so I’ve had to call a recording that is absolutely no help. I was told the package would be in centerville, and requested to pick it up in person. I got a notification saying they had it, so I went to get it. They said they never received it, and it was still in North Salt lake. The manager called the north salt lake office and they lost the package. I had to get a new package ordered and now they have lost it again. I once did reach customer service and the woman did not speak English and then said I was lying about the package going missing.This is the most unprofessional joke of a company I have ever witnessed. I will never use FedEx again.
