I rent Penske trucks from their Lewiston, Idaho outlet on a frequent basis. The secretary there is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.nI have always received a reliable truck from them.
Best trucks for long distance moves
I have used Penske on all my moves the last two times were horrible. This last time was the worst yet. The truck was dirty the size was incorrect the check engine light was on and was told not to worry. It had a smell of burnt fuel and I think the tank had a leak, we only received less than 5 miles per gallon. The radio didn't work the driver's door had a severe leak wind blew in constanly. I tried to contact Penske 3 times regarding my problems and never received a response. The quality and customer service has gone way down. I have one move left and it won't be using Penske. If I oould give less than one star that is what I would have given.
