The last few times I've been to this store they have had aisles blocked by things. I guess they are supposed to go on the shelves but they get left in the middle of the aisle abs you have to around if you want to look at something at the other end. People are really nice and helpful though.

Just called Lowe’s 3 times and the way customer service is answering the phones, I THOUGHT I WAS BEING PRANKED. The manager gave attitude because I was bringing it to his attention, which was puzzling. So, I called the Fredericksburg location, totally different experience. Customer Service was so pleasant and answered all of my questions. This will be my go to store from now on. Sorry Essex!
Love this place. Fantastic experience, employees are courteous and helpful. If they can't find something they are always willing to order it .
