I am totally satisfied with my experience with Cindy Lloyd. She is well qualified to explain all of her shade products and what might be best for you. She does all of this as education not pushing a product. All of the accent pieces in the shop are tasteful and attractivenCindy installed 7 rooms of shades in an hour and a half. She is a true professional.

Cindy came to our home and did an amazing job with our custom honeycomb shades. She is professional, friendly and efficient and knows her products. She will explain function, practicality and drawbacks. At no time did we feel pressured to spend more money than we had budgeted for the job. The shades were ready by the date she quoted and installed throughout the house in less than an hour. And they look so nice! Cindy exceeded our expectations on every level and we would not hesitate to recommend her company to anyone needing window treatments.

Cindy helped us with solving and selecting beautiful shades for a mix of tall windows with double French doors on both sides and a breakfast nook ... all part of the great room that faces the river. The look is beautiful and functional enhancing the river view and controlling the bright winter sun. In the bedrooms - we went with plantation shutters. Every window treatment was installed with great care and precision. Cindy and staff are the best. We highly recommend the expertise Cindy offers and craftsmanship of her team.

Cindy Lloyd has been a jewel to work with. She was sensitive to my personal desires and offered her professional expertise but not in an overpowering way. Working within my budget, she gave quick assessment of artwork, fabric, colors, area rugs, and designs needed to pull it all together. I highly recommend her services.
