Came to this location bc it is the closest to my area. I asked if they do bot have an item on the shelf if they can order it for me. The woman at the counter said yes. Then went on to say that I can check other stores... well duh, I called seven other locations and they all said they didn’t have them in stock, hence why I went here to ask to order it. Then she said that ordering is at the managers discretion. And proceeded to call other locations. She found another store that was about 30 miles away that had three in stock. Well, lady, if you listened to me as a customer you would have found out that I was looking for 10+ bottles. She was polite, but very not interested in helping the customers request or caring to inquire or even ask my intentions or quantities.

The service falls flat basically every visit.. but the ABC stores are the only stores you can go to if you want a bottle so obviously, regardless of the service (or lack thereof) I'm gonna be coming back.. maybe all the employees should take a course in hospitality? Wouldn't hurt to learn how to interact with customers in a pleasant way, ya know?
