I loved every moment at Kandi Koated Spa. Very clean work space. Kandi is extremely polite, and knowledgeable. I booked three services for the same day and Kandi took great care of me. I certainly booked for more future services before leaving. Give Kandi coated a visit you will not regret it!

I got a Swedish massage and everything was at it all should have been. I felt relaxed the rest of the day and could still feel relaxed from it the next day. I would recommend a massage here any time. They’re very professional in every way and on time with their appointments.

I am upset that I’m having to make this report in regards to the poor service and treatment that I’ve received today. I have always supported as well as promoted black owned businesses! I complied on three different accounts with this location in rescheduling my appointments however today as I’m getting ready to go to my appointment I receive a cancellation notification as well as a $15 charge. I called to explain the mistake and as I am talking not only is the woman cutting me off with an attitude she realizes they made a mistake and did not even offer an apology for charging my account without being authorized to do so! So I did rate the business 2 stars due to the lack of professionalism however the disrespect doesn’t end there! As I’m pulling up to my appointment I receive a text message stating she will not be accepting me as a client. So I am furious at this point because this is a complete inconvenience! So I try to call to clarify what all is being refunded since they charged me a total of $100 for the first transaction and another $15 cancellation fee to an appointment they asked me to reschedule and the woman isn’t answering the door and continues to yell over me and hang up instead of simply clarifying the total amount of refund that she will be giving me. I literally had to call the non emergency line in order to get clarity on my refund because she refused to act like an adult let alone a professional while on the phone. I’m disgusted that this place has to fit into the well known stereotype of piss poor quality from a black business! The comment below shows this woman is psychotic because I was never removed from the property. You’re truly disgusting and a liar on top of it all. I left because you sent me an email confirming the total refund. Please at least be honest but I see accountability is not your strong suit.

I loved everything about this place. I got 4 sessions of the laser lipo on my stomach and it was great. I didn't have any down time and I lost almost 2 inches off my waist. I'll definitely be coming back.
