I was horrified when we went to take the Christmas flowers to my husband's, and my parents graves and then a few feet up we placed flowers on my boyfriend's parents and Aunt and Uncles graves as well. I just started bawling when I saw the shape of a lot of headstones around us. There's no excuse for the blatant lack of respect and uncaring for the deceased's final resting place. There's no care or respect being used when another grave is dug for another person. It's a shame for it to look like that . Iv already had a headstone replaced as well as a cup from 2 different graves and I can no longer sit back and let this continue to take place. I will be going to a higher level of management when they decide to come back from vacation as well as the news to just get someone's attention and to make this stop! There's no reason for this to be happening and it saddens me that there are people who don't have a caring bone in their body to give the deceased a place for them to rest in peace! This is WRONG!

I visited my grandfather today at Dale Memorial Park in Chesterfield, Va. I found his grave half way under plywood with a cone and the headstone had sunken down below about 1-2 ft. No phone calls to make us aware and no answer when we called them. This is unacceptable service. No family member should arrive to see this MESS. You should be ashamed of the company you run knowing you have SO MANY COMPLAINTS. This complaint comes after they lost the paperwork for the headstone and 6 months went by without any communication. This should have been repaired immediately.

My Dad was buried in 2000 and my Mom in 2015. Also have numerous family members throughout this cemetary. I visit pretty often. They remove flowers twice a year no matter what they look like. It is perpetual care. It is posted when they will be removed same time every year. If I want to keep the items I place out there I know to remove them and put them back after cleaning. A family headstone was damaged and when I reported it they replaced it very quickly. No complaints from me.

I love my Dad that's buried there, not necessarily the place

Do not purchase anything at this cemetery, especially if you are military. My Father In Law was a Navy Vet and had vaults in the Mausoleum. The cemetery (Dignity Inc.) refused to let us have a military niche marker placed on his vault and instead are requiring us to purchase their marker for $1000! Also when (In) Dignity purchased the cemetery they double the price to open the vault to over $2000! $2100 to remove 4 fasteners! This company is a disgrace and the shining example of corporate greed! Don't even get me started on the guy we dealt with in the office.... Totally incompetent... He had to ask his supervisor why we couldn't have the military niche on the vault. Their excuse us they want consistency on the vaults... However if you look at the vaults they have markers of all shapes and sizes and with varying content. They just use the death of your loved one as leverage to make more money!
