Danville Va store is clean, set up nicely and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Paid $100 for delivery of bedroom dresser and leather recliner, both were on the floor and were ready to be delivered now. Mistakenly I thought delivery was in two days but turned out to be ten days. Called manager and they were unwilling to make any compromises. Guess they consider it a sellers market. No wonder the Amazon’s of the world are putting companies like this out of business. I could get the same product delivered from California in five days. Impersonal service versus poor service.your choice.
Ordered a dining table at the beginning of December 2020 and was told the table was on backorder and would come on Jan 2021. Every month the date keeps getting pushed back as I was told now it will be end of March 2021, so I just canceled. Upset because I really wanted that dining set.
Awesome place to deal with. Staff is beyond friendly.
