The staff have very poor communication skills . I went in for covid vaccine and I was treated very poorly when I told them I tested positive on 2/24/2021. The staff that works the front when going in have very nasty attitudes and dont know how to communicate with people at all.I really think with all that's going on and people are sick VHD really needs better and more professional people at the door. It's really not a good look for VHD.

Was at Riverside Pavilion, supporting wife for surgical procedure so, just a little upset. Parked in the VDH parking lot by mistake, didn't see their poorly posted threat about their parking spots. Once my wife was in pre-op (30 minutes) I went back out to get my briefcase. There was a sticker on my car telling me I was illegally parked. So I moved the car. I was just in time because as I was walking back in I witnessed VDH employee directing the towing of a vehicle near the same spot i had just vacated. What dedication to the people of our Commonwealth! My fervent hope is that VDH gets off their car watching backsides as quickly to enforce the MASK MANDATE being violated each and every day by citizens and establishments. I'm thinking that the people who had their car towed that were at Riverside, with a loved one - maybe for the last time - would agree with me...

Came in for a flu vaccine for a two year old. Two other patients ahead of us. We have been here an hour and a half and still waiting. No communication as to why it's taking so long when there are NO clients in the vaccination office. The two people ahead of us left at least 30 minutes ago...nEven the 4 people that came in after us were taken back and vaccinated before we were called. When I asked what the hold up was, I was just told we are working on it.
