Overall, not a bad place. The location is great, and is within walking distance of lots of places to eat. The stay doesn't get a full 5 stars due to the room my wife and I were given being directly next to the elevators (dog friendly room). The elevator's engine or pulley system was pretty loud at all times of the day which disrupted our sleep.nnAlso, some or a few of the guests were smoking cigarettes and pot (we could smell it through the shower) in their rooms which set off the fire alarms twice. Once at like 1am and the other at 7am. Not the best sleep but still.nnDespite the negatives, I'd stay there again. You can't beat the quality at the cost your getting.
Very nice hotel, reception staff was courteous and friendly. The room was very clean, felt very comfortable and safe staying there. Hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, stores and convenience shops. Prices were very good too. We would stay there again.

Book my room through Booking.com. Upon my arrival Jennifer and Chuck was rude. Then I went to my room and notice what appeared to be a clean bed..but noticed crumbs all over the floor..as I closed the door.I saw what looks like pizza or blood (unsure) and I went back to the front desk to get a manager (Chuck) who I showed that the room was not clean. In addition it was loud..marijuana smoke coming out of several room. Chuck said I smell something but pretended he couldn't identify the smell. To top it off they didn't have another room to give me at 11pm. Who is trying to find a room at 11 o'clock at night. This was the worst experience I have had at a hotelnStaff uncooperative..rude..hotel dirty. Don't let the website pictures fool you..the pictures do look like the rooms..but it dont show you the nasty..nasty..smelly part.
The hotel was clean, nice decor, very comfortable, but the front at check-in was a lot to be desired, not friendly. The hotel allowed a entire football team into few rooms, one above us and both sides of us,and they decided to party. That took place half the knight for the manager to break it up. My question is why would the management ever take in an entire football team and crowd them into only a few rooms and around other paying guest. We really like the Best Western hotel system, but not this one!
