My wife was recently following behind one of Ralph Smith's trucks while getting on the freeway. As she got up to speed she noticed lots of loose rocks falling off the back of the dump truck. Before she could get out of the way she was struck by a large rock which completely shattered her windshield. Now speaking with Kate, she is completely unwilling to help in any way. Asking pointless questions and making assumptions that our windshield was already damaged.(It was replaced less than 2 months ago.)The rock that shattered our windshield was large enough that it could have killed a motorcyclist. This company obviously doesn't have any concern for public safety. I hope that this review makes you double think your safety practices before someone else gets hurt or even killed. I can see all of the other reviews and I know that nothing will ever come of this but hopefully some karma is due. Shame on you Ralph Smith Co.
The customer service, or lack thereof I should say is horrible. They unlike other reputable companies don't want to take care of issues they cause. They try to pass the buck, and get down right rude. Yeah, Kate I'm talking about you! I hope these reviews will help you understand the lack respect your company has for people. I'm sure Ralph would have handled this a lot better, and would be very disappointed in the way you guys have disrespected his name and legacy!
