I went there for community outreach hours and at first I wasn't impressed with the set up or size of the building but as I got to know the staff and the customers, everyone knew everyone! They're were a lot of older people who all knew each other and went to workout together regularly. Very positive environment.
They were good but dont go if u with someone thats gonna get u in trouble cause they be acting foolish
My kids love the Y. What a great place. In my opinion it's the social and family hub of King George. We're very lucky to have these folks in our community.
The gym is awesome and the staff is super friendly.
Very up to date equipment. Clean environment and helpful staff
