I walked up to the desk to ask if I could have a cut. No one came to the desk. After several minutes I heard someone behind the wall. So I spoke and asked if I could get a shampoo and cut. No customers were there, one salon tech, and she told me she was booked for the day. No appointments available. She also stated it was not an appointment only day, but she was booked. And no one was there, in line, sitting down, no one. I felt as if she thought I was a sub-par customer. No apology, no suggestions, no thanks for stopping by.
Caroline is the best!my go to hair salon.Best haircut and service .She can't be beat in haircuts!!!
Wanted a picture... Couldn't do a hair cut with out seeing a picture. Sad
Never get a men's buzz cut here! He said it felt like she was cutting it with a rusty old razor and kept digging into his head. He told her how to do it correctly and still she finished in this aggressive, rough manner.nnA very painful waste of $20+.
Called me morning of booked ( online) appointment to inform me they were overbooked and had to move my appointment to another day. I found another salon that would take me in less time than the rebooked appointment, so I canceled.
