I called almost a dozen times and left messages to book an appointment. I even went to visit the location that was paired with a hair salon and the individual was not even there... it was a business day in the middle of the afternoon and NO ONE with the business was there!!! After I left an irritated message I got a text message back of all things saying he/she was calling and making appointments that day so I waited all day and got nothing. I text them back with question marks and was ignored. Granted I purchased a Groupon and he/she must have been swamped but not contacting a client and completely ignoring them is ridiculous and not the way to run a business. It was supposed to be a gift for my husband for valentines and I purchased it and gave them the first call on 1/31/18... I didn’t even get the text back until 2/6/18. And I even waited until today 2/16/18 to see if there would be any follow-up or contact and still... nothing. Very disappointed and would have loved to have left something positive to say or left a great tip because I’m fully aware of how Groupon works... but I can’t do either because I never got to speak to anyone. I’ll never think of going here again.

I can say without a doubt that this was hands down the best massage that I've ever had. I have had dozens of massages throughout my life, but none were as healing, relaxing nor as satisfying as this one. I would give 6 stars if I could. Definitely will be returning.

My daughter purchased a massage for me for Mother's Day on Groupon. I tried to schedule an appointment and kept getting voicemail. The voicemail says they will reopen in three weeks and has not done so. It also says send a self addressed envelope if you want a refund but, she does not give an address. So disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WARNING: Do not support this business Owner cancelled my husband's initial appointment 1.5 hours before the scheduled time. She then rescheduled for next day but did not show up for the appointment. Waited 30 minutes and no one showed up and did not call. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Feel very cheated after spending money on this Groupon as a Christmas gift for my husband.
