Virginia Medical Massage is very serene and clean and taking all appropriate precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy.nI have received a few massages from Dontae and have already scheduled my next massage. He listened to my needs and concerns and tailored my massage accordingly. He is very knowledgeable, intuitive, and considerate. I highly recommend this establishment and its professionals.
I get massages 1 time a month and am very picky about who I go to. My chiropractor recommended them due to my specific neck and back needs, so I decided to check it out. It was my 1st time going to Medical Massage and was very pleased with Dolores. The staff is very friendly, the office and rooms are very clean, and they are following all of the required guidelines. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning.
Worst experience ever...nnI am revisiting this post to further clarify. I am glad to see you can actually be polite in writing in an open internet post, since over the phone you were extremely rude. But I am not so glad to see that you intentionally misquoted me. I NEVER asked anyone to dress me and it is quite disturbing that this is what you choose to say here. The ONLY thing that I mentioned to the therapist was to stop draining through my scar as the doctor specifically asked not to. Which is not the correct practice here, as you said yourself... A business will have problems, but it is how we deal with those problems that will differentiate you. Here you chose to defend a wrong procedure, be rude to a customer and post lies. Good for you...
The staff is great and the therapists listen to your concerns. The therapists are definitely skilled in their craft. and understands the importance of putting their clients at ease.
Lisa was wonderful! This was my first lymphatic massage and she set the bar extremely high! I can’t wait to come back for another one! I feel amazing and my swelling has decreased and my scars already feel better!
