I really enjoyed this Massage Envy. The staff and massage therapists were great and really helped out. Hasn't always been the case at other ME's. I look forward to coming back to the area and coming here again.

I was seen at this location last week with my friend for my birthday, i had the worse experience. When I got there, they had my friend add her information on the tablet, when i asked if I needed to add mine they said no we have it from you last visit (months ago). The last time I was there, highlighted my shoulders and back to work on thinking I was highlighting the problem areas however I now found out that was the areas that I was giving consent to, however when I went months ago I did get the full body massage, this time I didn't, he only massaged my back and shoulders. The massage therapist was very rough, literally he sat on that small bed with me and was pressing down on my back like I'm a 300 pound man. I told him twice it was too much, he lightened up, but it was still uncomfortable. Wasted 110 dollars, thought I was going to have a nice relaxing massage for my birthday. I found out at the end of the massage he didn't do the full body because I didn't highlight it, clearly the front desk should dropped the ball.

Team was amazing. It was my first visit since the reopening. Shawndrika was on point with her pressure, professionalism, and consideration of my train wreck back. Immediately booked to see her again in 1 week. #loyalclientforlife!!

Good massages, but $90 for 60 minutes once you have already been there before?! Are you kidding me? I can get a better and more relaxing massage at Natural Balance Day Spa for $69 for 60 minutes. Where do they think they are? New York?
