I have been a customer for 8 years. The environment is very relaxing. They have the best spa music! I never wait long for service. Staff is very caring and they take their time. Your comfort is their number one priority. Prices for wax and pedicure services are reasonable for a spa facility. I never have issues scheduling an appointment.
Holy cow i love this place just wish i found it 4 years ago, do amazing eyebrows and amazing back massages and they are so friendly and Profesional and the environment is so relaxing
I wish I could rate my experience but I called several days in a row to make an appointment for a couples massage and a facial but I was placed on hold by the woman that answered the phone and left there for at least 15 minutes every time. I finally just gave up
The massage we received at Natural Elements was amazing! Bill did a fantastic job and we are looking forward to our next appointment. There was a miscommunication error on Natural Spa end with setting up a couples massage but I believe it was the manager who talked to us and apologized about the mishap and gave us a free service. Even with the miscommunication, I still believe they are five stars because of the environment, quality of the massage, and how they handled their mistake. We will gladly recommend them to anyone.
The staff were very professional and polite. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was very relaxing.
