Pathetic servicenI waited 30 minutes after calling ahead saying I’d be late. Call center staff was trash and now the front desk clerk has an attitude after asking me was I checking in and I let her know I was here 35 minutes trying. Disregarded my 9 hour drive and I literally had no where else to check into. Because I’m upset she’s asking would I like other accommodations?! I PAID PRIOR HOW ABOUT DO YOUR JOB. Let’s hope the room works out better -_-

The pipe broke on Sunday 02/2021 nothing was done to fix it whole day no water, keep in mind still have covid 19 going round, they begin verbally to move people in a different hotel at 8PM not until 10PM they have police rushing people out the building. People arrive at extended stay America and they run out of rooms. Its after midnight and people are being put on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a solution. About 1am woodspring sends a taxi and goes way out to comfort inn next morning hard time getting through to anyone on the phone John and Mary at the front desk made it seem like we were stranded they weren't very communicative about anything so that is why I gave them a 1 star if I could go lower I would

Excellent. The service is excellent. The management front desk, and housekeeping are exceptional. They are very professional and go out of there way to do what they have to to satisfy there guest. I will always stay here when needing a room. I can't thank the staff enough for all they do. The upper management should be proud and grestful to have the staff they have employed here.

The room is okay however the morning I was leaving, I don’t know if I saw a bed bug or a roach. I saw it on the side of the mattress. From that point forth that’s when I realized I had to get out. Also, soon as I stepped out the room that morning, it smelled like weed in the hallway. I know I wasn’t tripping because I know what weed smells like. The pillows are seriously flat too and they only put 2 pillows on the bed. Had to go to the front desk to ask for more. I honestly don’t believe I should’ve paid $68 for that stay at all. Should’ve just went to Fairfield.

The beds are horrible. It's got really different with the new management or new take they are making. The paint job looks nice. I know this is a cheap place but I can't help but complain with how uncomfortable and neck breaking back aching the bed it
