Story time: I had a rough day at work only to be greeted by a flat tire so when I got in, I asked for hot water to warm up with a relaxing tea. A beautiful lady walks from behind the counter in a walking boot (like, from an injury) and proceeds to not only insist on making me a personal cup of hot water, but offers me one of her own personal teas. We bond over a mutual love of hot beverages and that right there is what keeps me going through working long hours on the road.nThe room was clean, the shower decently hot, the beds are ok, but kinda hard. I’ve stayed here for 2 work weeks now and the rest of the experience is a solid 4. The tea was a 10.

Beds are just as hard as the floor. Night reception personnel are rude and have attitudes if they have to do anything for you. They don't care about the comfort of guests and let people run in their rooms at all hours of the night. There is a noise ordinance but they don't care about the guests enough to do anything about it. I am all about a good time but don't run when you are upstairs. Breakfast is the worst I have ever seen at a hotel the food is so full of processed junk that is doesn't rot, looks and acts like rubbernThis is a horrible hotel! Do Not Stay Here!! I have to stay here for 2 weeks because, no refunds, as well. Don't stay here it is one step up from a prison. Overpriced junk!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve EVER seen. The front desk clerk (tori) helped last night being that Priceline didn’t actually book the room as we had thought. We spent the day with our son who’s stationed in Norfolk. When we returned, the room was open and our belongings had been removed by housekeeping. When we got to the desk, the same clerk immediately got an attitude. Saying that it was our fault and she didn’t even have to give us our belongings. We ended up getting the stuff back but she rudely threw them onto the floor next to the desk. Then, as we were checking to see if everything was still there, she came halfway down the hall (while another customer was waiting to check in) to make sure she kept the attitude up. Telling us she was full for tonight and we would be charged if we broke anything. Amazing...

The staff are really nice and helpful if you have any issues. They are quick to find a fix for anything not working properly. The room was nice and clean when we checked in and the look of it was modern and up-to-date. Very much enjoying our stay here and will def remember for future bookings.

Check in was fouled up, my two colleagues couldn’t get door keys to work, nobody answered phone at the front desk, the front desk denied use of my credit card even though it was used to make the reservation. (BTW, the card is fine - they said it was rejected because it wasn’t part of my Hilton member profile). Shall I go on? One of the worst experiences I’ve had in at least a decade. And this is how they going to get guests back in the post-Covid world?
