I just wanted to mention my husband and my children and I recently moved to this area, the service I received was amazing. Anna did my nails so stunning I hope to continue receiving her services :) Also the pedicures here are outstanding I have never had a pedicure be so great before. Great customer service thank you so much for valuing your guests.

I have been with Jasmine Nails for over an year and each time it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and everything was really organize and top notch, I have also recommend numerous of my friends to go there. This place definitely will gave you a surprise each time you come, there's just so many products and colors that it will take forever to try everything out. The VIP room, if you have never been inside before was amazing! I love the air bag in the chair!

Lady who did my nails was not very friendly or nice. She was rough and seemed like she was in a hurry. Despite that, the nails came out OK. Some air bubbles in the gel but it happens. Sadly, she was making fun of my fingers to her co-worker who sat next to her and watched the whole time. (Very classy)nnI also think this place should do away with massages. For starters, they don't ask you if you want one. I'm sure many people would decline. The lady who did my nails literally threw my purse off of my shoulder and lowered my shirt to massage my BARE BACK. Not professional and it was kind of weird if you ask me.nnWanted to like this place but I'll keep looking.

Bad bad service ever!!!!nnI made an eyelash extension appointment with Abby a day ago and when I got there at the appointment time the next day the person didn’t show up.nnWhen I ask them “why?” the answer was “I don’t know!” and rushed to call her. No answer from the person.nnIt happened exactly the same last time and I told her to just call me back and heads me up. I tried to understand and gave them a chance. Guess, I was wrong. I shouldn’t have come back.nnI’m a full time working mom with young children. I even had to call babysitter to watch my children for the appointment.nnYou could’ve taken just few second to call me to explain and cancel it. How the world you instead sent me an appointment confirm text an hour before and not giving me a canceling call?nWhere is the “responsibility” and where is the “respect”?nBad bad business.nnDo not waste your time and money here!nnTo the owner at the below:nI’m done with you guys!! There are a lot of great stores out there and I’d rather spend my $120+tips to those who truly respect their costumers. Did her car broken last time too? She didn’t even know she had an appointment with me by the time I got there for the appointment and was rushed called to get there. I had to waste another 30 minutes sitting there waiting her. Do not make this miserable excuses which no one would believes.
