Got a facial done by Cindy! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. I had a great time with her, that I forgot all about my woes of having drive from Fort Lee just be serviced on. I'm originally a member at the Colonial Heights, that fact I am willing to drive to utilize my membership is a blessing in disguise. I am finallt receiving great customer service experince. I booked my next appointment and it looks like I will be changing locations.

Been there for quite a while. They do a great job just hard to get things scheduled these days. Try a few and find a couple masseuse staff you like the best.

Had a great experience (PST- Covid 19- they have a rigid but understandable amount of pre- testng, on level with any other Medical facility). But Hunter was great! I like firm pressure and he did a great job of over- all making me feel so much better! And in 30nMinutes! Thanks to everyone. These services are important to our health. Thanks

Always clean and the ladies at the front desk are professional. I have only tried James at this location and he's the best!
